Just an hour from Seville is the natural park Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. From Seville we arrive by private car to Aracena, capital of the region, where we will visit a pasture of cork oaks and holm oaks, fundamental base for the feeding of Iberian pigs. We will make a short hike to learn about the fauna and flora of the area, ending in the farm where the Iberian pigs are raised in freedom. After the visit to the pasture we will visit the ham factory: the museum, the natural drying room, the cellar, etc. There we will explain the process of elaboration of the sausages and hams. We finish with a tasting of cured Iberian products. Free time for lunch. After lunch, possibility of visiting the Gruta de las maravillas or a short walk through the village of Aracena.
